  • Orders may be fulfilled directly by the store (for pickup or delivery, where available).

  • Use the Platform for illegal activities.

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

7. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (where applicable).

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Near Best acts as a platform to connect buyers, sellers, and service providers. We are not responsible for:

  • The actions or omissions of sellers or service providers.

  • Product or service quality, suitability, or safety.

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
