Near Best is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with local sellers and service providers. Refunds and returns are managed by individual sellers and service providers, not Near Best directly. We facilitate communication and help resolve disputes, but final decisions rest with the sellers or service providers.


2. Product Purchases

  • Returns and refunds depend on the policies of the seller you purchase from.

  • Before purchasing, please check the return and refund policy of the seller on their product page.

  • If you have concerns, contact the seller directly or reach out to us for assistance.

🔹 Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order ID, receipt, etc.).

  • Return requests must be made within the timeframe set by the seller.


3. Services Booked (e.g., Electrician, Plumber, Tutor)

  • Refunds for services depend on the service provider’s policy.

  • If you’re not satisfied with a service, please communicate with the provider first.

  • If you cannot resolve the issue, contact us with details — we’ll help mediate a fair resolution.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is subject to the seller’s terms and whether the product has been shipped.

🔹 Service Bookings

  • Many service providers accept cancellations before the scheduled time.

  • If you need to cancel, do so early and confirm with the provider to avoid charges.


5. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact the Seller or Service Provider Directly:
    Use the chat, contact info, or order history on Near Best.

  2. Submit a Request via Near Best (if needed):
    Email us at support@nearbest.in with:

    • Order ID

    • Details of the issue

    • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll review and help mediate, but we rely on seller/service policies.


6. Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Perishable goods (e.g., tiffin services)

  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed repairs)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products (if applicable)


7. Our Role

Near Best is not directly responsible for refunds or returns, but we aim to ensure fairness. If you have unresolved issues, please let us know.
